Detroit Native Rap Artist Willy J Peso New Release: 'Planet Peso' (Album Review)

Planet Peso (2021) an album by Willy J Peso, has to be one of the most creative albums we have reviewed on The Booth. The cover art alone proves the talent has a vision and knows how to execute it. (We love the inspiration)

Background

Finding his love for music at a young age, the Detroit native discovered music from a family member and got his hands on the music of iconic artists like Jay Z, Snoop Dogg and No Limits. It wasn't until 2010 that he would take on music as a professional career.

Many hit singles and big stages later, Willy J Peso found himself on a creative journey yet again: the making of Planet Peso. The eight track project is the first full length project since 2012, and this time Peso invited a special guest on "Trip to the Bay": Yukmouth of The Luniz, popularly known for his hit single "I Got 5 On It". Mixed and mastered by Da Realest Beatz, each single is perfectly tuned.

So far, the album has 2 music videos that have released, with more on the way. Click here to browse. The visual quality is up to par and aligns with the quality of the album. We expect nothing less than top notch industry level music from a top notch industry artist.
