The last female artist to get big and go mainstream out of Detroit was Dej Loaf. Who is the next one you ask?
Meet Honey Oso hailing from the westside of Detroit, MI. With just four years in the music industry, she has already amassed achievements that some artists have not been able to do in their entire careers. Honey OSO is signed to 100K Entertainment and has multiple hits. Some of her top hits are Gangsta, which has featured verses from two other mainstream female artists in Cuban Doll and Asian Doll, "Talk About It", and "Like That". The music video for "Like That" has recently surpassed the 100,000 views mark which is something not many artists can claim they have done.
Honey’s hard work and perseverance show with every record and video she puts out and she only seems to keep getting better and better, showing no signs of slowing down.
She plans to get her own studio in the future, start up her own record label (with 100k), and then get married and start a family of her own. There is no doubt that with the type of dedication #HoneyOso has to her craft that she will achieve all of her goals and then some.
