Tell us about your latest releases, what inspired you to create them?
"14th Amendment" is my latest single & title of my upcoming album. The inspiration really just came from everyday life the things I think of when I’m alone or now that I’m older kind of trying to unlearn and relearn and really see everything for what it is versus what we are taught to believe.
What is unique about you and your music?
I’m just being myself not trying to sound like everyone else. & I’m giving y’all the game for free you just gotta listen.
What shaped your music?
Everyday life in PG County.
When did you realize you were going to make music professionally?
My right hand Shed, his dad took me to the studio and let me record a single back in like 2014. After that, I saw how easy it was and I really just started booking sessions myself after that. Any questions I run into I ask the people around me or pull out my phone and google search it until I find the answer.
What type of music do you listen to?
Mainly rap and a lil R&B but I can listen to anything if it sounds good. I try to keep up with the upcoming artists and especially local artists. I ride around to listen to people I actually know a lot too people get mad riding around with me I might not play a mainstream artist for hours.
What inspires you to write music?
Inspiration can come from anywhere but I try to write music to really express the emotions everybody says I never show.
What do you do when you don’t do music (creative or otherwise) and that you are passionate about?
Work time & family time. I really don’t have time for anything else right now.
Happiness to you is…
I’m happy whenever I get to spend time with the people I love. I’m a simple guy, pull up on me and drink some Hennessy with me, and I’m good.
What do you wish you were told when you first started making music that you think would help artists just starting out?
Don’t overthink it. Just do what feels natural there's no wrong or right way to make music and if there is 9/10 the people around you telling you what’s right or wrong never made a hit themselves.
Tell us about your upcoming projects...
14th Amendment, the album, is coming soon.
Where do we find your music / music projects?
I'm out on all major platforms, so show me some love subscribe to my YouTube channel PG Global and The Global Family. We dropping all 2021.
Any last words for the readers?
